Stretch out your body and mind with this 20 minute Morning Yoga Full Body Stretch with NO FLOW to release full body tension and improve full body mobility. You’ll wake up your hamstring and hip flexors while getting deeper in your upper body mobility. Then take it a step further with deeper lunges and hamstring openers held for 2-3 breaths. Wow, normally I care for my pets and my clients pets the second I get out of bed (i board dogs in my home) after they all had a potty break and before starting their breakfast I did this practice, what a difference it’s made in my day! I feel so much better and am actually more efficient with all my responsibilities, the dogs slept while I did the practice. Thank you!

Loving these videos, I’m a very active person and have been for years, but i definitely need unfolding, your videos are easy to follow, clear and calm. I need to loosen off my hips, I’ve seen the hip mobility video which is great, if there are any other moves than can help loosen hips, and a tight ITB, I’d love to know them. Thank you for your videos Sara.

Yes! I'm recording a new style next week and we won't use music, I might get a lot push back but I think it's important to try no music or adding your own music. These new videos will be released in the fall

Just finished doing yoga with this video. Loved it. I really love booty drops also really a big fan of this circling movements like starting with one side ending with the other. I just feel so refreshed thank you 💚

Another magical practice. Some similarities to the wonderful 'feel awesome' practice but enough differences. Loving these transistions & the immaculate cueing means I'm always set up exactly right .Love the booty drops-what a stretch!🥰🥰

@sarahbethyoga, Another fantastic yoga practice to start the day. Due to an ankle & foot injury a little over a year ago, I wasn't able to do yoga for most of 2023. It's been a struggle getting back in shape, whcih I've never experienced before. I'm closing in on 60, and it's so important to stay flexible AND strong as we age! You've been my favorite online yoga instructor for years, and you've really helped on my road to recovery. Great video focusing on stretching but also on strength and balance. YOU'RE THE BEST!!
