I am making my return to yoga… When I was younger man I practiced three or four times a week. It is time I get back to it now that I am turning 62… My doctor advises make the return to Yoga. 🧘 Thank you… just subscribed.

Hi I’m just wondering, is this month of May yoga sessions going to be ok for beginners like myself?

Each class is generally beginner friendly in the sense that it’s all done in a gentle style with foundational poses however if you lack flexibility in certain areas you will need to modify so have some pillows or blocks near by and if you need to modify a pose do so or skip it. The classes for may aren’t necessarily curated for inflexible bodies so I won’t be utilizing props most of the time. I hope this helps. I will as always offer modifications when I can but always do what feels best for you and don’t be shy to skip any poses or add in something you feel you need for that day.

I don’t remember the name of the most difficult one... but I had to stand with my head down and walk my feet. That will take a while for me! ☺️ I’m looking forward for what I will be doing in the morning. ❤️ * down dog?

I just had to write I love your outfit! I quite often choose one of your evening short beginner yoga flows to do at night and its made such a difference to my sleep its amazing I'm new to yoga been at it about 6 months but during this time doing it twice a day hasn't only improved my flexibility my mental health too plus alot more... thank you 😊 💓

I’ve started utilizing your bedtime yoga’s for the stretching out tension and relaxing the body a few weeks ago. I really really enjoy them. I find that they help me go to sleep and stay asleep through the night. I can’t wait to start the morning yoga. I’m trying to get into a routine. Thank you so much

Everyone says how great yoga is and I always thought it was just something lame but during these last few yoga sessions I did I am mind blown. I struggle with paranoia and other intense mental disorders and this helps calm those thoughts so well. Thank you for what you do
