This was nice. My hips and hamstrings can really use some stretching. Although you hold the poses for a longer period of time (so slow stretch), some of them are intense and/or active so would not necessarily think of this as a slow stretch

This was just what I needed for my chronically tight and sore left TFL. I love the slow pace and Yin-like approach. My biggest issue was with my wrists and the heels of my hands, where I have some painful arthritis.

Thank you so much!! My psoas muscles have been so tight lately! Interestingly enough I have been eating more carbs lately (gluten free cinnamon buns instead of keto buns for example) and I can’t help feeling it has something to do with that. Also, my daily mood is not as good. Sorry, I know, this isn’t a nutrition video. Lol! I just wanted to say thanks for this! Great video! I needed it.

This was SUCH a useful practice. The stretches were slow and focused so I felt like I was making structured progress, and the voice is calm and reassuring without being gushy or mystical. Was able to push through and challenge myself whilst remaining deeply relaxed. Thank you for making this

Wow! I've taken a week off yoga so I had some serious resetting to do. At the halfway downdog, my right leg was a good 2-3 inches lower than my left! For the first time I almost had my heel completely on the mat. What an impressive routine, thank you for this video.

I love this video, i can't count how many times i've done it but the booty drop and the toes pointed in hanamanasana feel absolutely amazing and give such a good stretch to body parts that are hard to get into. I've been doing SBY videos for over a year since discovering the pregnancy series when pregnant with my first, the variety and length available is an incredible resource and they are free. This workout is amazing. I play a fair amount of tennis but, at 57, things seize up a bit (well, actually a LOT!) the next day. That was looovely. After a long day of being on my feet at work, this was soo needed. And I know we carry alot of emotion in our hips as well so I'm feeling slightly lighter. My fave bit was the hamstring stretch sitting back on the heel. It was a challenge but also deeply satisfying and helped me tap into the present moment ❤️ thanks Sarah x

My hamstrings are the worst part of my body, definitely what I need to work most. I have been trying to do this video daily. I cannot comfortably do the first booty drop, but the second feels great. My left hamstring pops in downward dog and my hips pop in runners lunges :( This video is my favorite, but for sure my most difficult. The scoliosis has been putting terrible strain on my hips and hamstrings, and I haven't ever realized until now at 20. Your videos help so much. Thanks.
