I did your workout today from start to finish. I just had my 76th birthday. I love a challenge and was very proud of myself. I started Yoga and then Pilates 3 1/2 years ago. I wanted this my whole life but having scoliosis every time I worked out or the gym I hurt myself. Our community library offered a chair yoga so I tried it. 6 months later our family lost my 48 year old daughter from a motorcycle accident. Then in March Covid hit. I turned to You Tube for chair yoga. I knew I was liking it and had not hurt myself. I started dong standing, then mat yoga, etc etc. I have healed a shoulder strain, torn meniscus, my scoliosis muscle pain has so lessened. I know I can never stop. I still can’t bring my legs up with out grabbing them but haven’t given up. Also folding my body over my legs. I know it’s going to happen. Thank you.

Love this! Finally, someone who doesn't waste my time talking. Just shows the exercises and lets us get on with it. It actually made me sweat. :)

This is my FAVORITE Pilates workout. It's put together so well and flows seamlessly. I added it to my workout routines and do it at least once a week - sometimes twice along with many other workouts including yours. Please do another Pilates workout. I have others on my playlists but always come back to this one! :)

These are amazing! This is really unique to your channel, so creative, searched for standing pilates hiit but you are one of the best in my opinion, for my personal journey. Awesome workouts. And thank you for being so generous. You're a gem!

Having twisted my ankle yesterday, it was good to work on balance - this was measured, yet strong and needed focus to get the most from it. I followed it with the '15 minutes abs workout with a ball (I used a dumbbell), which I have done before and liked .
