Proud: About 5 mins in, I took a few very deep breaths and was conscious of the positive feelings that were starting. I'm grateful for the magic of movement and proud that I am starting to recognize it! Thank you.

Gina, I’m not on Facebook, so I’m not part of your official community, but unofficially I am. I discovered you after trying various walk workouts. I tried for a few years to get on a regular exercise routine with little success. But once covid came around, it become more important to me. I am immunocompromised and so exercise is an excellent way to build up my immune system. Once I found your routines, it didn’t feel like work to end the day with a walk. I look forward to finding a new routine or doing a favorite. When I went for my annual physical, I discovered I’d lost ten pounds! Thank you for posting regularly and for offering enthusiasm and allowing for accommodations. I’m not sure you’ll ever read this, but you’ve truly changed my life. Elizabeth

I did it! I was a touch nervous about HIIT, but I had fun challenging my body. For this newbie, the low-impact version was still a challenge. Thank you, Gina, for the cheery encouragement!

Hey, Gina! I am a "comment shy" person, but I want to say that I started to laugh in the jumping jacks part because I felt so ridiculously awesome that I was actually DOING IT! I say ridiculously because it felt like an awesome dream or that my body belonged to someone else but not me. I could write an enormous text thanking you for your workouts, your energy, your belief in us!! I never though I was able to do almost every high impact part. I was not feeling like doing anything at all today. But I was cold, so I thought, what better way to get warmed up than working out with Gina? And it absolutely helped. Not only my temperature but my mood got lifted. Thank you Gina!

I just discovered you yesterday and love the hiit workout to music. I also love how you "kill us"but just for a short time and then give us a moment of recovery. I only wish I could I could sing along but since I am almost 60 our song genres , let's just say, differ. But, I still am loving the workout and glad I found you!

I did it! I am happy I followed. Can’t say I like these type of workouts the best because I feel my body ache a lot more, but I know it might change me somehow. I do prefer your usual 30 min workouts even though there is no hiit in them, but I enjoy them more. The music you selected for those is my favorite! I couldn’t really get into the first song here for the warm up, I felt I had not heard it before. I maintain that you Gina are a force to be reckon with! You are amazing! Thank you!!

Loved this! I really like the HIIT workouts and this one is very manageable given the high intensity portions are only one minute long. Paired with the Hallowe'en spooktacular dance workout, it makes for a great session for this time of year! Thank you again Gina for this great content!!🥰
