It’s Day #10 of your LEAP Challenge! This all-bodyweight workout is short, fun, and sweaty! In four-minute rounds, we'll work in Tabata intervals of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, working the entire body for strength and cardio.

Today was my first time working out first thing in the morning and I loved it! It was exactly what I needed. Quick in and out and fast to get and keep me engaged to early in the morning. Always love back to basics and tabata as well. I enjoy shorter workouts at times too because then I have the option to add on with a 10 minute workout for abs etc, if I have time! 🤩
