Just re doing 12 days of Xmas in February. Lovely to see George and safe to say I stopped doing the last exercise to see him 😂.

Talk about intense! My arms were still feeling it from Monday. Now they're really pumped! I really liked the different positions - made those curls and raises much more challenging. And I loved seeing George!!

Powerful workout today! I used 5#, 8#, and 10#. I alternated arms during the 2nd round of seated shoulder presses. I think I’ve earned a yummy protein smoothie after this challenging workout! Thanks, PJ!❤

I think I am a day behind on the calendar, so much life stuff going on right now. Awesome workout and now my arms are noodles, used 12lbs for a good bit of this workout. Love ya PJ

It's nice to see George. It's been a few months. He is beautiful. My husband would like a German shepherd. And the workout was great too. I fell a few days behind in the 12 day challenge due to a minor medical procedure that wouldn't but I am picking up where I left off.

loved it so much...and also very much appreciated the weight cues i.e. I'm going with the heavier ones here, lighter, etc. you take all the guesswork out of our workouts with your awesome cues and just allow us to focus on the exercise, your chatting, and George's visit. thank you!

Great one, PJ! I really appreciated the hard work but without any push-ups or planks! I can do those but sometimes my hands and wrists need a break, or it feels like they will break! Haha 😄 Enjoyed seeing George pop by to say Hi! Hope that is a good sign of his comfort level to come.

Wow this was one intense strength workout. I used every dumb-bell I own to get this done. Those seated exercises were horrible but I did them. Feel fit and strong. X

fabulous ladder workout! Thanks for the continued creativity! FYI- I moved up to 8 lbs today-YAY! 3-5-8 for this workout (3 only in second sitting ladder up). Feeling more myself as I regain strength and mobility. I may feel sore tomorrow, but I'll be grateful. Here's to day 8.🥂

I loved the variations on some of the moves! You really feel it in a different way in the body. Slowly but surely getting through your 12 days of Christmas. I started a new job in November so haven’t been able to do your workouts in the morning like I used to so I’m adjusting to a new schedule but not giving up! LOVED this one! Used 15, 10, 8, & 6's. extremely fatigued last couple of reps on every exercise. That was during...now that I'm done I feel fantastic!!!! Thanks for the great workout PJ!

This was tough! I am still sore from a couple of days ago, glad to use lighter weights! Great Job for Day 8! Awesome to see George! I miss seeing him, my pup is still sleeping when I exercise! 🤣

Hey PJ and fellow PJ followers. I took a tip from Le Bron James and my persona PT and wore a Mackenzie lumbar support roll around my waist moving back and front as needed. It helps me be mindful not to overarch my lumbar spine.
