Talk about intense! My arms were still feeling it from Monday. Now they're really pumped! I really liked the different positions - made those curls and raises much more challenging. And I loved seeing George!!

It's nice to see George. It's been a few months. He is beautiful. My husband would like a German shepherd. And the workout was great too. I fell a few days behind in the 12 day challenge due to a minor medical procedure that wouldn't but I am picking up where I left off.

Great one, PJ! I really appreciated the hard work but without any push-ups or planks! I can do those but sometimes my hands and wrists need a break, or it feels like they will break! Haha 😄 Enjoyed seeing George pop by to say Hi! Hope that is a good sign of his comfort level to come.

fabulous ladder workout! Thanks for the continued creativity! FYI- I moved up to 8 lbs today-YAY! 3-5-8 for this workout (3 only in second sitting ladder up). Feeling more myself as I regain strength and mobility. I may feel sore tomorrow, but I'll be grateful. Here's to day 8.🥂

I loved the variations on some of the moves! You really feel it in a different way in the body. Slowly but surely getting through your 12 days of Christmas. I started a new job in November so haven’t been able to do your workouts in the morning like I used to so I’m adjusting to a new schedule but not giving up! Hey PJ and fellow PJ followers. I took a tip from Le Bron James and my persona PT and wore a Mackenzie lumbar support roll around my waist moving back and front as needed. It helps me be mindful not to overarch my lumbar spine.
