Good morning! I don’t usually post comments, but this morning by the end of the practice, when the Mantra song plays, I just sobbed. My son was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2020. He is doing well, but during that time I cried almost every practice. I’ve been practicing with you since 2019. It was also during the pandemic and it was the hardest time in our lives. Your yoga classes helped me through everything and that song played in one of your videos at the time. God bless you and your family

Dear Sarah, I just found you and did this session. I had cancer for three years ago and my body has not been as good as it used to. I have neglected myself and my inner feelings. Never had a mental reaction and just continue my life as nothing has happened. But after this yoga session it really did open up my feelings. I cried as I never have done before but it felt so good. I’ve been doing acrobatics, yoga, contortion, and aerial silks for years now. I’ve done plenty of follow along yoga videos in my time; but I have NEVER found someone who’s content I enjoy like I do yours. Instead of rushing through the poses, you really savor the moment and the movement. The music you choose is relaxing, and you speak words of true healing. I have heard of releasing trauma through the hips and somatic healing before, but I’ve never had it happen to me. Even when I was doing splits and overs-splits and was incredibly flexible. However, when we got to the happy baby pose and I was breathing through, I found myself just beginning to cry. Long held feelings came to the surface and I breathed through them with you. Holding the heart space there at the end and listening to your words of kindness really tied it all together. What you’ve created wasn’t just an exercise or meditation space today; in my mind you created enough silence that I may heal, even if it was just a touch. Thank you for what you do. ❤

I consider myself in excellent shape for 59 but the aches and pains in the mornings and afternoons were starting to slow me down. Until a friend recommended yoga and your videos specifically. WOW what a game changer after just a month of 20-30 minute yoga sessions at home. All my pains are gone and have stopped taking Tylenol and Advil. I’m a yogi for life and share my transformation with all my friends. Thank you so much.
