20 Minutes Cardio Workout No Repeats. Absolute Calorie Burn!!! Easy and Fun!
I can not tell you how many calories you would burn doing this workout with me because I know the result is very individual.
If any video would tell you that doing a specific workout, you would burn 400 calories, for example, that would be a total lie.
Everyone is an individual; we all have different levels of the cardiovascular system, so if someone says that you will burn 400 calories, consider it that the person who posted that usually burns that amount of calories per workout. However, it will not be necessary for you to burn the same.
