Glad to learn so much from people like BeautifulBrwnBbyDol too.

Gonna have to watch this again, take notes, and get to work. I’ve watched your videos off and on for about 2 years now. I have the body and face mechanical brushes for 2 years and have never taken them out of the boxes. I have the face steamer. Never used it. I have got to watch this video every day until I get my routine down to a habit like breathing. Got to go back and watch some of your old videos. My body and skin is beyond discussing. Which has kept me from dating for the last 10 years. I really took excellent care of myself before and during my marriage. But after my divorce I started having health problems. On top of that the Empty nest syndrome took me by surprise and knocked me into a dark place. I woke up one morning and didn’t know who I was or how I got this bad off. With the help of your videos I am coming back.
@toystory21224 жыл бұрын
She is so gorgeous & glowing. I definitely learned a lot watching her. Just one thing girls & boys, if you use a serum or an acid with a dropper don’t put it directly on your skin, just drop the serum onto your beautiful skin so you don’t transfer any bacteria into your serum.

Even though the majority of her videos are sponsored and are ads. What I really like about her videos are after the sponsored part she gives you other alternatives just in case you're not interested or you don't want to use it. Unlike other KZbinrs who just have sponsored videos and we don't know if it's actually real or they're just getting their paycheck.

Hi. I just discovered your channel! I also have H.S.! I was able to take mine into remission by cutting out nightshades. I have not had an H.S. bump or boil in 6 years. It takes a lot of discipline, so most people will not go nightshade free. However, you have so much discipline that I thought I would share it with you.

Thank you so much for sharing many crucial steps to benefit us as women. I already do so a majority of the things you mentioned. I am 64, and still look and feel as I did in my 40’s, as a result (my opinion and that from many others). I gave you a thumbs up on keeping the hands clean and using paper towels. I will air dry my face before drying with a regular towel. I, too, am very germ conscious. I can’t wait to view all of your videos. You are phenomenal - my new favorite KZbin channel!! 👍🏽😊

Couldn't have done a better job myself. Your skin is stunning. You look great. Definitely would recommend to others. Keeping soaring. Lol also in life. When aging we must learn, people we surround ourselves can take years off our lives. And Amen!!!!! Water is soooo important. We get 1 life!!! And in that one we should look and feel great. And smilingly helps.👍🏾👍🏾 Great job Beautiful.

I really appreciate this video, especially at the time that I deciders to learn how to take care me Spiritually, mentally, and physically. I researched all the information you stated, and though I already had a skin care routine, I noticed that soap, water, alcohol, and a towel just isn’t enough to make sure that I am taking care of my skin. I changed my eating habits to change some things internally but was seeing that I was neglecting the most important organ...which is my skin. And thanks for that percentage off the exfoliators. I know everyone’s journey is different, but pouring into my face better will help better in the long run. And I also can help my children (when I have some) by giving them better advice to take care of their skin. Thank you❤️❤️❤️

You also might want to try a plant based diet, minus sugar and wheat. Also try drinking hot water and lime juice as the first thing in the morning. You might also benefit from incorporating seamoss in your diet. What you intake into your body is about 90 percent of the battle. You can do it!
