This was one of the best wild card saturdays in my opinion. Living in NY and snowed in-we watched Lamar Smith’s memorable performance and it was followed up with the Saints first playoff win in franchise history when they beat the Rams. ABC’s 2000 season on MNF and the wild card games were the best

I was there for this game, but we had nosebleed seats surrounded by blue and white Colt fans. They were giving us a hard time and we just sort of sat quietly. From our seats, we saw Lamar Smith disappear in to a sea of blue and white and the Colts fans around us cheered as they thought he was down. When suddenly he broke free and made the touchdown. We walked out saying nothing to those Colt fans just keeping quiet but with shit eating grins on our faces all the way back to Orlando.
