One of the greatest performances by a Dolphins runner. Lamar Smith put the team on his back and overcame 3 interceptions by his QB to win. He will always have a place of honour in my memories of the 'phins. I watched this game live, on Sky Sports.

This was probably Miami's best D unit of that late 90's to mid 00s era,Miami had an incredible D,stacked from the front to the Backfield,I would even say that as good as they were,they probably underperformed,only thing miami was missing were complimentary LB'rs to go with THOMAS over the middle and I think they were a safety short also,cuz besides Marion nothing great,but the front and the DB'S were as good as any in that era,with the exc eertption of Baltimore!!

Holy guacamole...I'd forgotten how Lamar was bashing, gashing and slashing the Colts D even when they were falling behind 14-0. That's how terribad Fiedler was, if it hadn't been for him the Fins would've won by at least 3 scores. Literally every time he passed in the first half something bad happened.
