That iso harness that you mentioned using instead of the “red one” at 4:23 is it included with that PAC wiring harness adapter ? I don’t see anything on the product description to indicate that is all.

I have a 2007 A4 that came with the Audi Symphony II. I believe is it's a partial amplified system. I installed a pioneer aftermarket radio with the PACT harness; I'm not getting any sound out of the front speakers.

Thanks! The PAC instructions are not overly clear on when to use speaker wires or the connectors. Have an S4 with Nav + Bose. Looking at the harness to make sure they match up, but the OEM (dash side) harness in the car seems to be missing a few leads. Anyways, great video with good practices (solder, heat shrink, loom cover.. regards

Hello! I have a Audi A4 2003, I put in my own stereo and I’m having a problem with it turning on with the ignition switch any help ?

Sounds like a wiring issue and you are not using the correct smart harness. There is no analog accessory wire behind the radio which is why we used a smart harness (linked in the description). If you don't purchase a smart harness, you will need to run an accessory wire to the fuse box for your radio.

Do you have a video showing what you did with the USB aux adapter?

Just find a flat surface on a panel( for this car id remove the plastic panel under the shifter and use that if there's enough room) use a drill and make a hole start small and go bigger if needed, if you have a dremmel you can use that to shape the hole, again start small and slowly make it larger. then fit it into place and hot glue it from the back of the panel to hold it in place. I know this was a year ago comment but others might find it helpful still.

I ended up using the other harness (red one). And I have the same Audi (2006) that’s on the pic of this video. But thanks for the video. It helps even though I had to use the other harness…

At 7:29 he shows a blue/white wire with an extra wire splitting off - this needs to go to your amplifier turn-on pin on the Audi harness.
