Bigger rimms and MY04 front bumper my friend. Keep it clean, keep it swede ;)! I would also check your coolant temp sensor and thermostat. Consider that you have had winter at that time, makes that engine temperature a bit high. Friendly advise

Beautiful example of a 2002 9-5 AERO, I own the exact same car.. Black on Dark grey leather. I upgraded it with Eibach Racing Lowering Springs, Full 3" Exhaust, CAI, Trionic 7 Stage 2 Tune, 19" Seven Spoke Rims with 1.5" Polished Lip, Running 235-35-19 Tires. In sport mode, It's one of the fastest cars on the road. Regularly eats V8's for breakfast, embarrasses Honda's, and will pull away from pretty much ANYTHING without forced air induction of some type. I passed a 2014 Camaro SS going up a hill like he was standing still. The Best Part though.. I have just hit 236,000 miles. with at least another 75 to go. This is saab # 28 for me and I am 35 years old. This car may be a little bigger, not handle quite as well but speed wise, it would outrun my tuned( turbo gauge would pin itself way past the red) Edwardian Grey then painted (skirts and all) Crimson Ruby Metallic) 88' SPG on Super AREO's and 215-40 16 Nitto's, My 93 Eucalyptus Green 93' 9000 AERO with the same Upgrades as my 9-5 AERO, and my 98 9000, Auto with the TD04 from factory in Metallic Blue on Dove leather ( upgraded same as my 9-5 as well)On super aero's and 225 45 16's... man that car was nice.. But to be honest about your ride, I like what you did with the front bumper. One thing I do not like is how high your Temp gauge is... as well as the sound coming from your serpentine belt area. You have a bad pulley or water pump bearing or AC bearings or even your oil pump could be working really hard and making that whine because either the bearing is going bad OR your oil pickup hose is clogged and your oil pump is stressing/making that noise. As for your temp issue, I have heard of thermostats that run a few degree's lower, but when your temp gauge is at 3/4, your about 2 seconds from being in the red if anything does go wrong... you wont even have time to pull over before your head is warped. I would not be surprised if you already do not have a headgasket leak. with the white smoke coming from your exhaust( I know it's cold) But... still not a good sign. If you burn coolant or it needs to be topped up every now and then, you could have a problem. I have seen saabs driven with slow leaking headgaskets for over 20k miles without issue. It all depends where it is leaking from. I would look into that temp issue asap... Hate to see that Aero cook.. One day all the AERO's will be worth a lot... Someday, The SPG, 9000 Aero's(esp in 5 spd) and all NG Aero's will be appreciated as some of the best and over engineered cars of their time. SAAB for life!

Is that the original engine? I think Saab stopped using the red DICs in the late '90s. On the power mirrors, did you know there's a tiny button on the controls that tips the passenger-side mirror down for reversing? It's mentioned in the owner's manual, but it's easy to miss. The car looks great, but I can't stand the squeak from the wipers. :(

I hope it's a painted Direct Ignition module in red , if you not your engine is in danger ! The red one is for Trionic5 and you have a Trionic7 so have to use the black DI

Engine is an engine, di pack is a di pack. 9-5 is Trionic 7.7 so it has to have T7 di pack. You can run T5 engine in T5 car with T7 coil pack. You can't do other way around I'm afraid.
