I've never joined up with Liverpool in any row and I was at loads through the 80's. Liverpool never had a better mob than Everton anyway so we didn't need them. I've been OT many times and broke off to walk back to Victoria or Piccadilly and it's come on top but that's expected in away games. You do your best with what you have. This Tony fella. Late 70's Arsenals mob was mostly kids in their late teens especially in the North Bank. Spurs never turned up at Highbury again after 83 though did they after Denton and Miller organized Arsenal into one ot the best mobs in London. Andy Nichols wrote a book about it and there is a documentary where he is sat in a pub with Eddie Beef, one of United top boys back then, Eddie admits they got done and it was most definitely Everton fans that attacked United, go read the book, it’s a cracking read and explains how Everton fans planned to attack United’s convoy, definitely Everton fans, they didn’t walk through the estate, they were getting a police escort back to the station and a few United broke away and got battered.
