2005 Outback XT on the Dyno

Had my car re-tuned on a TD06SL2-20G (FP Blue equivalent). The car made 330/360 on 19psi, up from the 280/320 on 18psi it made with the VF52. (Both were on lower reading dynos) This turbo only spools peak boost a little less than 100rpm later (even with an intercooler over twice as big), but holds peak boost all the way to redline, rather than tapering off like the VF52. Overall, the power delivery feels much better, and the car is definitely much quicker. I am pleased.

@MadWagon97 are your pipes for your FMIC for the WRX? Or you had it custom made. That core looks huge

It's a Vibrant 12810 core, and I made the piping myself.

@MadWagon97 your google list of mods are no longer there, but was that a stock VF52 your originally had? And where does your boost come on? This is what I am looking for on mine? Who did your engine build?

Oops, yeah I took it down bc I'm running a different setup now. That tune was with a 20G, but before that I had a stock VF52. They both hit peak boost in the low/mid-3000s. Stock engine, and I did all the work myself.

@@saki10man I've been to Elijah Nichols in NC a couple times (his dyno in the video), and Alberto Correa in New Orleans did my most recent tune. They're both great.
