There is also a rear trunk chrome garnish that comes on the facelift model you should get for yours.

I believe 07-09 has a different hood to hold the face lifted grille I know because I have a 05 e500 and I purchased the face lifted grill and it will NOT bolt up to a 06 and previous w211 you need to swap the entire hood

@@OnlyKelp go look at the backside of the hood where the grille sits and the backside of the grille for a 07-09 (has raised pillars where the screw screw in) then go look for the 02-05 again behind the grill on the hood then look behind the grille itself (no pillars that the screws fasten to but instead it’s a flat surface that meets the hood unlike the face lifted version) you will notice they are definitely not the same and can not be interchanged from one another without retrofitting on top of the fact the bumper cover has a different shape to hold the larger grille and pointed bottom end

@@firstpersonjay5655 I just put an ‘04 hood on my ‘07 e550, definitely the same. Just had to swap out the hood latch. Bolted right up

@@firstpersonjay5655 you’re right about the bumper though. You can’t fit a facelift grille with a pre facelift bumper, won’t fit

Great year Mercedes CDI good mpg and very reliable.I just put a 07 mustang 4.6L 3v in my 06 F150 and am now trying to get the wiring to work. Any ideas?

Those trucks came with 3v motors. That should be an easy install. What motor was original to the truck?

@@ALLMUSCLEUSA the 06 had a 2 valve which means a different harness that doesn't hook to 06 module

You have to drill a hole to use the face lifted mirrors on a 06 a previous

Dave Lassell hey I have mine updated on my 2006 Mercedes got off a junk yard for 20 bucks for all three off an 08 they fit and work perfectly fine give the car a nice look just waiting on the facelift hopefully tomorrow I can get it at the junkyard I’m currently just struggling with the side mirrors
