I'm 50+. Learn swimming 2months ago. Always watch utube for swimming lessons for adults beginners. One day I got this video. I had tried all the lessons daily What ever shown in this video. Now I can swim nicely. Thanks to laughlin sir for teaching me. May his soul rest in peace. He is real hero. He is the best Teacher for me. 🙏🙏🙏
Terry Laughlin one of the best coaches overall the world for swimming ...He established his method for learning swimming based on science of Fluid Mechanics and ... He is a Legend Name ....Every part of movement he explained based on that ..He wrote also so many books ...He teach swimming not only to explain to do that ...but also why you do movement by this way ( science) ... One of the Best ...Terry Laughlin ..Great Name in swimming coaches..He is the Master...
I got stuck with laser lead rotation. Whenever I rotate, I feel as I am sinking before i can completely rotate my face to the surface. Water also go into my nose. Anyone here can give me an advice? Thanks

Hello, Thanks for sharing this video. It ends midway through lesson 10, can you please let me know where I can find the remaining?

The DVD content actually ends at the end of this video. It does leave out about 10 seconds of credits from the DVD: "Lesson series conceived and demonstrated by Terry Loughlin" ...

How fast you can swim in this way? Tempo for 100m? Thanks
The first time I tried also have problem in getting water into my nose. The solution is while turning your body and head, exhaust or push your air from your nose. You should be able to see in the video that there was air bubbles coming out from his nose while he was turning.

Relax is important. If you are tensed, you would contract your stomach to hold your breadth. The overall density of your body would then be higher. Relax and you would have more float.
