Lotta people saying this was intentional. It doesn't look that way to me. It just seems like one rider looking for open space found the space he was trying to take occupied. The "instigator" had a better start than the rider in front of him, moved over to what looked like open space, and found another rider who had an even better start than he did in that space. The two bikes were a grid row apart, and the "instigator" didn't have time look back. It would take a ridiculous amount of planning and scheming in the heat of a race to pull something off like that.

I've watched several videos here in the U.S. of races at Brands Hatch. Old F1, Indycar, BTCC and others. F1 really needs to go back there. Its a great track. It probably needs some updates but as a track it's really entertaining.
