@5:48"Ask a woman close to you if they think any woman would make a false rape allegation." Just asked. She said, "Are you kidding? Of course there are women who would do that! There are some crazy broads out there!"

You're right, ive experienced a couple false rape situations and one of them included a loved one rotting in jail for months while the courts found out that it didn't happen at all. Oh and the false accuser didn't face any repercussions.

Affable Vagrant Hey ask any guy you know if they would rape, they will all say no. So rapes not real.

This red manhole says all women would say no like she is God and can't be wrong. Then says the idea for them to falsify a rape is for money or attention. The only reason and it's a reason the a lot of women would claim a rape is to get revenge or fuck a guys life up because they are mad or jealous.

They're shocked that someone might doubt truthfulness of a rape allegation based on a small percentage of false accusations, and call that pernicious. Yet they're perfectly OK with sexist presumptions that men are likely to commit sexual assault and not find that pernicious??? How do they not see their own hypocrisy?

Omfg can they be more apologetic of the false accuser. She's a criminal not a victim.

I know...they automatically call wo mm end victims and survivors ad soon as they make an allegation with no proof! !! Then even after the bitches are caught lying feminist still refer to them as victims and totally dismiss the man who is the real victim.

Ana Marie Cox, you can think what the fuck ever you want to think but the fact that matters is that you can't prosecute people based on the theory that "women don't make up rape allegations'.

If men all ways fall asleep after sex. Then why is it so hard to catch a rapist?
@marcelmagi46008 жыл бұрын
I think the journalists miss the actual issue. The magazine implicated a frat house full of named boys with faces of an atrocious crime. Irrespective of what you think of rape, you aren't allowed to do that. You can't implicate people in vicious crimes. This was a moment that deserved humility and a serious conversation about a 'shoot first, ask questions later' mentality. I hope that frat house takes Rolling Stone to the cleaners!

Being a woman should not change how the law works. Not that people don't believe victims, but victims must provide evidence. If women find that offensive then I have to question why they feel that their words alone is factual, yet the men they accuse are the liars.

Here is a new conversation for you. The conversation of false rape allegations and how accusers are never prosecuted. Let's see you talk about that

So, I asked my wife if she thought other women would lie about rape. She said basically "Yes, there are vindictive bitches out there." So... um... well.

I would guess that the reason why the police are more likely to believe that some women lie about rape is likely because they see first hand all of the unsubstantiated or provably false rape claims.

She is arguing that women don't lie about rape...while they are covering a story in which a woman, "Jackie", lied about rape.

"Heaven has no rage like love to hatred turned, Nor hell a fury like a woman scorned," This quote exists for a reason. Because it's true. A woman who feels slighted will resort to ANY tactic. If you haven't seen or experienced this in life, then I have no idea where you have been living. With your head in the sand most likely.

That is the huge worry, that victims of sexual assault are afraid to come forward. _Not_ that anyone accused of sexual assault might be innocent. No, that's not the huge worry. In fact, we at MSNBC doubt that such a thing might even be possible. Ask any women you know - would she lie? Of course not. No, it's the victims of sexual assault, the ones who rarely lie, and since they rarely lie that means they pretty much never lie; they're the ones we should worry about. _Because their lives matter more._
