Just discovered this channel. Instant subscribe. I love how down to earth this review is compared to other reviewers that hope into their high horse and call this not as good as BMWs, Acura, etc. or that it's slow compared to turbo engines when the reality is, consumers don't have standards based on sports cars, luxury cars, etc. this is an AMAZING vehicle for the price. Yes a little bit more expensive than the competition BUT the things you get from fit and finish, materials, and features are amazing! We have a top of the line Mazda 2 (not sold in the US, the one you got is a mid spec 2 in the Scion iA) and it's a PHENOMAL mode of transportation. Mazda is selling consumers something that's more than just an appliance to get from A to B and for that, they deserve all the awards and acolytes they've been getting.

Just got a great deal on a 2015 model as the 2016s are out, paid about $22500 for a 2015 Mazda3 S Grand Touring. Taking delivery tomorrow and can't wait! Coming from an 08 WRX, gonna miss the speed and acceleration, but not the fuel mileage :-P Also the Mazda is far more composed in a corner. Yes, it;s lacking AWD and no, it can't power out of a corner like a car with AWD. BUT, it has very little body roll and is a true drivers car on a budget.

I agree. I bought a 2016 Mazda 3 sport a year ago, what do you want to know? The car isn't comfortable for someone over 6 feet tall, piano black areas get dirty easily and look terrible(I covered mine with vinyl), cabin noise might be an issue and there's a slight wavyness in the windshield but doesn't show most of the time. It's subjective and nitpicky. I'm happy and for me, the good outweighs the bad.

Good review. North American models are missing the hood lining (when you lift the bonnet). We get that here in Europe. tbh I wouldn't buy a car if it didn't have one. Also they omit parking sensors in N.A. as well. They are so useful I don't know why.

Here just to see all the people lighting him up for calling it 24 hours of Lemons, which is ACTUALLY correct, because there is an event called 24 hours of Lemons, which is a joke low-budget race in the U.S. The name is a pun on 24 hours of Le Mans. He's not talking about 24 hours of Le Mans, he's talking about 24 hours of Lemons which is a real race.

24 hours of "lemons"? LOL. HOW does this guy even have this job? Ive never liked his videos. He never knows what the hell he's talking about. It's not pronounced "lemons". I'd much rather watch Jessica (Hendricks). I preferred her anyways in the old podcasts. Bring her on to host. It's hard to watch this guy review such a great car (I bought this car 3.5 months ago brand new -- and he's not doing this car justice whatsoever). Btw, this guy went about typing in the names on the Navigation the WRONG/LONG way. The 7inch LCD screen is ALSO touch screen. It's MUCH faster touching the screen for your characters than using the control dialer. God, how does this guy have this job seriously?
