Wow, a Jaguar SUV! I agree this is a beautiful vehicle. My favorite feature: the ability to raise and lower the vehicle to assist your fur kid in and out. Next favorite feature: the hors d’oeuvre tray. Just kidding. I’m amazed at the rapid acceleration. You are so right, easy availability of charging stations and accommodations for our fur family are crucial for the future of electric vehicles.

Great review and an absolute ball to watch. Quality presentation and production. And of course, Andie! This is a beautiful vehicle, but only to lease. Imagine when those electronics and electricals go out after warranty. Would not want to be around for that.

Just wanted to let you know that you can run the air conditioning while the I-Pace is charging...you just can't turn it on but it does let you precondition. Our three dogs were loving the air conditioning during a recent road trip where the temps were in the 90's..with the seats folded down and portable water in the rear footwell, they were more comfortable than I was!

Hi. Good video. Just an observation on your complicated way of running the ac while you run to the toilet or shop. No need for all of that. You can just use the Jaguar app to start the AC. You can do this while the car is charging as well. It will run for 30 minutes so if you need it for longer then just set a timer or an alarm on your phone and start it running again. Simple to do and no messing around with the emergency key.

Love the Yoshi soundboard! Just be careful if Nintendo catches wind of this they will claim the rights to all your videos with Yoshi sounds. Lots of KZbinrs using Nintendo proprietary stuff got tagged and lost the rights. Love the videos! Very cute!

I like those AC knobs, maybe they will push an update similar to teslas dog mode? Your want the ac to stay running but also notify people that your dog is in climate control so they don't smash your windows to save him. Also very very strange you can't run ac while charging, that is certainly something they need to fix. That can't be right! Not just for your fur kid but for yourself? I mean what do they expect you to do if it's 100+ degrees out while your charging. Does the heat at least work while charging? Are you sure you lose climate control while charging? seems like a major issue...

FYI you can charge with the ac on its called pre-conditioning. Also you can use the pre conditioning if you want to heat the car while charging.

Yes, the main problem is rest stops aren’t designed for pets beyond buildinng borders. If I’m going to be charging for 40min, I have no where to go other than walking in circles outside. This isn’t so much an issue with the car but rather our American infrastructure.

Jay that’s so cool! Yes, charge speed is so crucial! But also the network of availability needs to be better sought out. Right now, unless it had a gigantic range for me to get to my destination and then charge, I have some challenges as a pet owner

Wow. My Bolt and Tesla both let you run the car while charging. Tesla has dog mode for HVAC when you leave car. That manual key and no heat while charging is NUTS! Do a Tesla....

But the I-Pace is beautiful, inside and out, unlike a Tesla. You don't feel like you're in an econobox. The instrument panel is in front of the driver. Anywhere else is just stupid. A head-up display is optional.
