10:20 My 2c is that the standard boxes are slowly getting depleted of (lottery style) value, and they are even called draft boxes now. I think one of the key drivers is lawsuit mitigation from the gambling lawsuits in Europe. The constant need to deny the obvious: secondary market. This lawsuit risk reduction is yet another driver to sell premium product separate from lottery cards in draft boosters. Another reason to sell commander with flashy cards, since the content is explicit, etc. I dont think they are going cold turkey on this, but seems to be a direction.

For the secret lairs - I believe it but also I do not think it is a secret. Someone noticed very early on that the gods release for Theros was a massive set number jump from the secret lairs beforehand. This means there is a lot of commissioned art that will be drip fed out over the next few years. The argument was Theros was such a lacklustre set in terms of alt art / collector pieces demand that they moved that secret lair forward because they thought it would flop if they unveiled it later on.
