I spent the day on a new 2021 Aprilia Dorsoduro, Super-Moto bike. This type of bike really appeals to me and so I thought I would review this segment over the next few months, to see if I should buy one.

Get one and do some mods or get a 750 can get one for around £3500 to £4000 with less than 10k on clock. Then you can modify on the channel. It was griff at ap performance what telled me to try the o2 optimiser makes it so you can use sport mod. These bikes run super lean low down. If you do go for a 750 watch out for ones with swollen tanks.

Bought my 2018 Dorsoduro 900 in 2019 for a steal, $6500 usd out the door. Got an arrow exhaust and it sounds amazing

With the dorsoduro you need a decat and cans the rear exhaust is so heavy you could use it for bench presses lol. Also a DNA air filter and o2 optimiser. Alot of the weight is in the wheels too so good mod is tuono or rsv oz wheels.

I have 2011 1200 Dorsoduro non ABS or ATC with Leo Vince carbon slip ons, O2 regulator to help with the torque jerk at low speeds, different front gear because the stock was too tall, and the oem Aprilia gel seat, Barracuda E-Version Mirrors, and loads of carbon. Italians do it best and I’m from the US lol🤙 great video bro

Maaaaaaaaate I really enjoyed that video 💯 think everything you said about it is right! I’m currently trying to sell my mint 17 plate triumph street triple 675R to buy a supermoto just to hoon about on as the the roads where I live are perfect for one! I may take a look at the aprilia now as it looks like you get more comfort then the extreme KTM 690 or husky 701 🤙🤙🤙🤙

I have to say, apart from mry fly, you are the other person that reviews. In winter and mucky weather, the others are just fair weather riders. I think it's a stunner but I am saving up for 821 monster, as I have now fallen in love with that bike.

I have a 2018 model and love it, I’ve fitted a quick shifter to mine. Agree with another comment the front end gets a bit skittish at higher speeds. Bought mine to commute on and it’s perfect for that.

Great review, I bought a dorsoduro last year identical to the one in the video and I love it, few downsides though, the fuel tank is so small sometimes I consider carrying a Jerry can, the pillion strap across the middle of the seat chafes after a couple hours and things get a little interesting with wind and front wheel traction over 100mph

be noticed that it's an Italian bike....elecronics are not the best,design wise a very nice one with absolute awesome italian style design marks...but quality wise....not an bike for daily use

Very good. I would say especially in crappy weather as they aren’t as bonkers as some of the others and easier to handle.

Haha not sure if I should admit this or not...but I’m not a massive football fan at all. I’m more a motorsport guy tbh. All I remember is when the local derby was on in my earlier years it was just annoying as they had to shut all the pubs in the centre. Most irritating 😂😂😂 thanks for the support mate! 🙏
