Thanks for the question. A quick push and release will roll the window down, and pull and release will roll the window up. If you push and continue to hold the button it will then roll down until you release the button, same goes for rolling it up. Thanks for watching and don’t forget to hit that subscribe button!

@@davidarroyo8831is it possible something like a twig got behind the mirror and is jamming the movement? Could also be the physical switch itself is bad. Just some ideas

There's a process you have to go through to actually set the mirrors. There's not a default position they go to it's user specific. It's in the owners manual
