The 2022 Civic came in 3rd place for North American Car of the Year. It did make the finals. The funny thing is, the 2021 Civic was worst than the 2022 Civic but did take home the prize last year. The voting was rigged. You know that Honda's reliability went way down with the 10th Generation mainly due to the 1.5L Turbo "Earths Dream" engine for Oil Dilution.

Honda did not listen to customer when it came to making this new Civic. They completely ignored a lot of requests like lumbar support. Lots of missing features unless you get a Touring. HD radio and Sirius only in Touring no longer an option in EX. Honda hating it’s customers for a money grab. HondaLink is a waste of space on your device as the Civic is unable to partake in the features HondaLink was created for. The car is dumber down in Sport and EX and EX-L models. Making moving to my 4th Civic very hard because the Touring is not available or they are keeping pricing higher than marked.
