Same here, I got the big black thing unscrewed only to realize it wasn’t the actual filter at all 😢😂 thought I’d check KZbin before I scream dealership conspiracy for forcing us to schedule a service for something as routine as an air filter swap.

Hi Sam, it would be helpful to have an estimate of the cost for the service intervals at a dealership. I think most folks are going to have the dealer do the maintenance during the warranty period and then the people with DIY time and skills will start doing some of the maintenance. Thank you!

It probably would be helpful but almost every dealership and brand in the USA charges different amounts for their various services. We would be shooting holes in a cloud of smoke. Most people can simply call their dealership to get the information.

Does it use any steering fluid? I cannot find the steering fluid reservoir of my 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid.

That's because there is no reservoir, it has electric power steering.

The main catalyst is up under the hood as shown, so less easy than if it were on the bottom in the center.

Hello Sam i am currently driving my 01 dodge neon and i was looking for a accord but i wanted a non turbo non hybrid and last made was 2017 the new 2023 i can get the 2.0 but it has a hybrid. I don't know much about hybrid battery but can you tell me how long the electric motor last and how much to replace? And also how long the battery pack last and how much to replace? In the ball park if you can. The reason i asked is because i read an article about hybrid on honda and the battery pack can cost a little over 14 thousand dollars? Is this right or the article was wrong? Thank you for your knowledge and time.

These things don't routinely need replacing.

@@sernani99the dealership I bought one from stated it would cost $3800 for the battery. But the battery has I think a 10 year 80k mile warranty on it. So the best bet is hopefully cheaper in the future because the battery technology will be better by then. If not unload the thing before then😂

Where’s the catalytic converter? Is it easy to steal. I know theres thefts going around
