I am a Chinese viewer, and your videos are great. The Chinese MRE waterless heater has had a small upgrade. Previously, the heating pack was sealed inside the heater bag along with the food. However, it was found in practice that the heater bag wasn't sturdy enough, and even small damages would cause the heating pack to fail. So now, the heating pack is separately sealed in soft can packaging.

Great Review. Never had a Chinese one but that looks very tasty. When I was deployed in the Gulf in 1990 / 91, MRE was pretty rare for us Brits. What we got were 'Ration Packs' These were basically boxes of rations for multiple people. If you meet an older British veteran, just say the phrase 'Compo Sausage' or 'egg banjo' You'll see their eyes glaze as they reminisce. One thing for sure was that each nation liked other nations rations, always swapping. I used to love the range of the US rations. My first introduction to Hershey bars.!!!
