I have the EQE (AMG) and love the ride. It isn't as sporty as my previous E63s, but my wife couldn't stand that car and at least we both enjoy the EQE. Didn't consider the Taycan because I wanted to be different. Don't mind the EQE exterior.

Yes you can adjust the side bolsters in the AMG, or at least in the UK version you can.

The Taycan GTS has the better exterior. The Mercedes EQE AMG has the better interior. The Taycan is more sporty and the Mercedes is more luxurious. Give me the exterior of the Porsche GTS and the interior of the Mercedes EQE AMG and you will have the perfect car.

Taycan is more of a 4 door sports car. The EQE is more of a sporty sedan more in line with the Panamera which will be electrified in the future.

The Taycan has wireless charging and rear steering my guy! Also, the Taycan for all intents and purposes is an electric 4 door 911. The EQE is a really fast electric family sedan! The dad that wants a sports car, but have to have space for the kids gets the Porsche and it will be wife approved lol! The EQE is nice and these are two of my favorite brands, but it’s more compatible to the Panamera.

Rear wheel steering is an option on the Porsche. In fact, nearly everything is an optional extra on a Porsche!😂 All Taycan’s have wireless charging - it’s located in the centre console - but my iPhone gets worryingly hot, so I don’t use it. Connecting a cable feels far safer if I need to charge my phone during a journey.

Crazy at the additional cost already this Porsche it doesn’t come standard like the one in the review, upgrade alloys and paint come on. Porsche a great car but I opted for the amg eqe. Few months I’ve had an issue sublime as far as tech, comfort and luxury. It’s fast but most electric are anyway. 2 ridiculously great cars but at opposite ends, one a big luxury cruiser and the other an all out sports car.

My Taycan GTS sport turismo has wireless charging, seat cooling, and rear wheel steering. You got a dud spec tester.

Taycan light years ahead for performance - the range is its weakness and I only get 330kms per a charge.

Looks like you are a Porsche fun. The EQE is more quieter, drains battery slower than the Porsche, More Comfortable, More Hi Tech, Out sprints the lighter Porsche, carry’s four passenger better but somehow the Porsche wins. This is the worst and most disappointing review on the net.

Well, you clearly haven't driven the Taycan GTS...it out handles that Mercedes and is a whole different league and a drivers car vs mercedes which is better compared with Tesla in term of engagement and handling department. And I haven't gone to that obnoxiously ugly look of that mercedes...
