Too much fiddling around with modes in my opinion, where you lose track how different models can handle things in 4wd without too many electronic nannies...also, though he recently starting dabbling in this (not very successfully so far, imho), is lack of impressions how different vehicles simply feel, when driving on washboard, how the suspension takes it and so on....little bit of the Test Driven Tv

$46K for a Z71 Colorado IS a lot of money for the truck regardless of competition. No matter how many times manufactures try to push this narrative of the new normal $50K average sale price, it's a rip off. That said, I like your videos and you do a great job. And props for the Fiero art shirt.

Seems like all the car prices are a rip off these days, yet car sales are strong as ever, not really any worse than pre covid. At least in America
@Revenant_Knight4 ай бұрын
@@kevinstarski1598 Sales are down to consumers and continuing downward with some companies having 500 day or more supplies and dealers declining allocations. Auto manufacturers count a sale as one to a dealer and not to the consumer. As such, the major decline hasn’t fully hit yet because manufacturers are hiding it in their dealer allocations. This has lead to some massive discounts we’re seeing on certain models. If sales were strong, those discounts wouldn’t be necessary and dealers wouldn’t be having to decline delivery. Additionally, we have the highest rate of repos in years and trending upwards. There are some markets that are almost always insulated due to the wealth in the area, but as a whole sell through to the consumer is down. That said: there will always be a contingent of fiscally irresponsible or unaware consumers who will purchase regardless of consequences.

The 2.7 has been reliable in the Silverados from what I hear. Seems like these Colorados came out with software issues that have since been mostly fixed through updates. Of course long term reliability is still unproven but it’s competition like the Tacoma and Ranger aren’t any better imo.
