Towing capacity is reduced due to suspension vs standard Ranger is leaf springs.

Ranger raptor owner here. I noticed you did the review in normal mode. Give it try in sport mode next time ( the tach and speedometer outline in white instead of blue). The throttle response is much more aggressive along with the shifting. It holds the lower gear and down shifts for you too. Great channel otherwise.

One thing is 2 now the bed can do 4x8 sheets of wood or drywall flat between the rear wheel wells in the bed vs previous gen.

Wish Ford put the gen 3 coyote in this. Even this V6 is much better than any of the competition so I doubt they will ever feel the need to.

I really do want one of these. Been looking at the Zr2 vs this and the extra power, interior space, and payload capacity seems to have me favoring this a lot more. But I am still having a hard time spending the 57k plus tax and interest to buy one. I'm a few months away from making a decision though. We will see what I choose.

Can either one of you tell me about the 10 speed transmission on the Ranger Raptor? I am wanting to buy one next year, however, I'm reading some very concerning issues with the previous transmission in the RR's. To my understanding the 2024 has the 10R60 transmission? I know that it's still fairly new, but have their been any issues from other forums or the RR community?

Didnt use 4 auto or Baja or R mode? Better traction and response with those settings. Not a canyon car tho 😅 Personally got tired of track car prices these past few years and got myself one of these a few months ago to try truck life out. Surprisingly fun daily driver that can carry my motorcycle and dogs without issue.
