This is the most beautiful luxury sedan on the market IMO...i definately want one someday.....this car sells for around 80k (less than 2k miles) right now on the used market.....the depreciation in just a year is beyond wild......

Nice! I have 19 G70 manual transmission and I LOVE my car. Husband keeps saying “it’s time for a new one”, I’m not even interested. I just made it to 30k miles, never had a problem. Does this one have a spare tire?

Nice car. Nice features. Genesis/Hyundai have indeed upped their game and intend on being competitive. Why isn't Cadillac and Lincoln selling a sedan like this in the United States? You are right the market is changing for electric cars. They are all changing the approach. This car could match Lexus LS for sure. The seat controls should be on the door. While I agree the genesis brand represents some of the best in innovation and design. The one factor they are missing is the dealership experience. When a consumer spends over $80,000. for a car,there needs to be a level of "hot towel" treatment. Pampering from the brand and dealership. Mercedes and Lexus have dealerships with digital driving ranges,concierge service, coffee bars etc. Genesis has been slow to develop freestanding genesis dealerships. So service departments are shared with the Hyundai brand, and, while usually clean,they lack some of the style and sophistication a consumer expects when spending $100,000. on a vehicle.

Hyundai and yes, Genesis are masters of disguise. They take a little bit of all the German brands and put them in the line. You might not get an ultimate driving machine, but you’ll get the tech.

Yes G90 over the S Class/ 7 Series. German luxury vehicle age horribly but Genesis needs a V8 electric supercharged/Hybrid EV option 💯

Have YOU owned a current 7 or S and a G90? No? Then how CAN YOU compare and say that the G90 isn't in the same class? I had lots of repairs needed on my 750Li, and also on my S550. LOTS of electronic problems. Air suspension problems, little annoying problems too like windshield wiper juice motor dies, armrest that won't open from the driver side, lots of little squeaks and rattles and vibrations. Etc. There were probably $15,000 worth of repairs needed when I traded it in. Plus frankly, when I went to just go and buy a new S580, I really looked at it. It's very dated looming. They haven't really changed the exterior much since mine. It looks old and plain. And the new 7 looks horrible. I still have another BMW at my summer home, and I'm keeping that one for a few more years I think., but I won't replace it with another BMW. I've driven German cars for years, but I think I'm done being suckered by a name brand. I'm open to new alternatives now. I've also had Jaguars but I won't buy them anymore either. I like this Genesis. I see superior quality here, not just superior attitude. Also, they are very good looking!

I think, apples to apples, if both vehicles had the 21' wheels equipped, this might be softer than the S-Class but it probably doesn't handle better. So it's a tradeoff

These Genesis vehicles are well built. To me, they are on par if not better than the germans. They are all well equipped at a reasonable price. They will last longer than some German equivalents

I had two Genesis G90s, and every time I downloaded an over the air update, multiple features in my car stopped working. Every single time Genesis offered an over the air update, it ruined, disabled, deleted, or screwed up many features of the car. The last straw was how it absolutely ruined the Lexicon stereo. I gave them $180,000 of my money and got nothing but crap. In addition, my battery died repeatedly, so I had it towed to the dealer a half a dozen times, thus over and over it left me stranded. My entire car (flagship G90) shook every time I drove it on the highway and the dealership didn’t care. It was absolutely awful. I switched to an Audi and couldn’t be happier. I gave Genesis a LOT of my hard earned money - two flagship Genesis vehicles in a row with a V8 - and both were total garbage. It’s such a disappointment because their cars are gorgeous, but they are total junk. STAY AWAY! Read the forums. EVERYONE is having technological and mechanical gremlins.

In my opinion, I think every cars that are above 100k should have atleast have 500 or more horsepower. Luxury or not.

Sometimes people want practicality, 500 horsepower over 100k basically is meaning to say that anything over 100k should be a gas guzzler

Agreed but the BMW has such a plastic cheap feeling interior and the Mercedes will come new with creaks and rattles. Yes they have more power and tech but definitely aren't as reliable and affordable to maintain. Also with the $30k-$50k price difference you could get the wife a car or use that for fuel and maintenance over its lifetime.

@@flavoredmoney8755 Haven't heard any creaks or rattles in the new S and the new BMW 7 feels anything but cheap. If you're worried about cost to maintain and reliability is your main point then you're in the wrong class of car. Their is no reliability data to prove that this Genesis will be reliable and it has a lot of new tech on board not shared with common Hyundai products. The engine and air suspension being some of that. No car in this class is cheap to maintain as it ages including Lexus. Cheaper to maintain the Asian cars for sure, but cheap they are not. That isn't enough for them to sway the market anymore. The LS500 proves this.

You constantly have access to all these vehicles, but your camera work is so horrible. You constantly swung the camera wildly. Every time I tried to watch your videos from start to end, I could never and ended up watch only 25% of the videos just enough to see the vehicle. I wish you can invest time on how to record your videos. The wild swinging and extreme close ups of your videos are dizzying, so horrible.
