It’s good how you tested the TRACTION (not torque) control at each level. I turn it OFF for all dirt situations, you don’t want the power dropping just when you need some acceleration. Looking forward to your future vids with this amazing bike. Geoff in Australia

Just watching your video kind of contemplating on buying one tomorrow after watching your video it kinda leans me towards. Yes I do want it. I got seven motorcycles in the garage but I think I might add the transalp to my collection.

Even for me I found the ergonomics when standing on the pegs or sitting while riding really good and I'm 6'1'' with 32'' inseam, just need a little bit more travel and better shock on the rear for me. Great reviews as always Mob Moto and that's why I have subscribed to your channel.

Good review. I bought one a few days ago and agree with your assesment on the the bike. Also people question the term torque control but thats actually what they call it in the owners manual. Ian from big rock moto pulled the TC fuse out and the bike seemed to run normally but with no TC. I might wire a switch so I can do wheelies.

I've watched several Transalp 750 reviews all the riders say something about the Traction Control but I never heard it called torque control although I bet it feels like lost or gained torque depending on how you've set it. Zac at RevZilla had to mess with the settings and loved the power and could pull a nice wheelie with the correct setting. Looks like a great all around bike and that's good to hear that it can be used to ride across the country although for me cruise control would make it a lot more comfortable.

Yes it is Traction, not Torque. I have one.

Depends on the type of riding but I prefer the small dualsports the most right now vs traveling a highway bike.

sport mode has more rider restrictions turned on than the user mode I used and traction control off. Honda calls it torque control, but yes its what we all know as traction control.

I own the Tuareg and I fell in love with it the moment I sat on it. Upmap Tuned with an exhaust on her and it's intoxicating. It's heavy when trying to keep up on expert dual sport rides due to weight, but if you're not doing anything that steep (climbs) and dropping it all day, then it's absolutely perfect.

The Tuareg is a great bike, the suspension is fantastic. its good size for me, but its in a class with heavy competition and its still up towards the top.@@DirtStacks

What you are calling torque on your display is actually traction control not torque

Honda callls it torque control in the manual, and its mostly a street-oriented bike for tarmac which should have traction, hence why they call it torque control.

Resetting TC everytime riding sand in Baja is gonna be tiresome...Honda should have kept it off this bike and just stuck with ABS.

It only goes off when the key is turned off, and its a good feature to accommodate a lot more riders.
