This looks great! Hopeful to see the 390 Adventure be updated or I’d love to see this engine in a 390 Enduro, as a smaller 690 Enduro R. The longer service intervals would be ideal compared to the EXC-F models and it could give competition to the Honda CRF300L. I absolutely love my 690 SMC R and I’d love to have a 390 Adventure or a street legal Enduro in my garage next to the supermoto!

I'll be interested to read more about the 390. I had a 390 Duke, it was incredibly fun to ride but I really disliked the motor. It ran pretty hot and would hit the rev limiter just a few hundred RPM after you felt the power come on. I would have rather had less hp available through more of the rev range than a tiny 500rpm hit just before the shift.

I had a 2009 new Kawasaki 300 and it was fun and a great/decent value but it was gutless, and lacked character. I also had the Area P brand full exhaust and rejetted carbs too. Today I own a Ducati Monster 821 and I think, feel that I've found the near perfect everything motorcycle.

@@stonebow3578 Two Things 1. The first batch of everything has issues. Even first batch of video game has issues (remember Assassin's Creed? The "missing face" issue?) 2. I am the owner of a first batch 2017 KTM 390 Duke. Awesome bike. I commute on it, have toured on it, have taken it to the track, and even properly off-roaded on it. But random issues still crop up even after all these years, none of which I have seen on any of friends' or colleagues' 390 Dukes. So definitely buy this bike! You'll never want to let it go! But wait 6-7 months. Let the various bugs be fixed. In the meanwhile save up the cash. Then go to the dealership with a single cheque and just bring it home!!

In the international market, the 390 & 125 both look the same. Its just that India is price conscious market, the 125 does not share the 390's appearance. watch the video carefully, the 390 does not get the underbelly exhaust and the 125 does not get the DRL's which is present in 390. Also they all share different color schemes.
