I think 125 is made international unlike 250. Maybe that is why 125 has colour tft. (Only my assumption. I don't know if that is true)

Pick any current gen pulsar and it'll definitely be a better purchase than Duke 125 in almost all aspects, albeit not in the looker or head-turner department. Right from 150cc to 250cc, Bajaj bikes outperform Duke 125. Then there is Hero too. And in India, budget is the first concern when it comes to purchasing a motorcycle for most people.

I know a lot of people who buy second hand tft displays and retrofit it on their duke 250s, not the latest one that i know of tho, only thinkg you also have to do is to replace the wiring harness and change a couple codes on the ECU but it barely takes 10 minutes

It seems to work when gen 3 250 lcd swapped with 390 gen3 easily ...show most like calender , speedometer but some features won't work or show like abs is on but it would show a warning ⚠️ sign.

I think 390 colour tft could be fitted in 250 gen3 but it will beed a major change in wiring or something like that!!!

It can be done you need to change the headlights the cluster and the headlight module of the bike the 3 things are just needed to retrofit it

You can but then it disables the ABS so you need to switch over the 390 abs module over to the 250 as well

Fun fact KTM & Husqvarna are among the top 3 in Moto 3 where the bikes in the category are 250cc but sadly KTM didn't do much about the Duke 250. Great that Duke 250 2024 finally gets its own engine unlike the previous gen which is believed to be a cut down 390 engine

They brought it to the 250 and 200 now, this really sucks for a customer who bought the bike between, let’s say a month to 6months. KTM should replace the tfts free of cost or for a discount to existing customers for a better customer experience

No it won't get tft in India cuz it's there for 125s since 2017 in Europe countries whilst the same models were launched with the traditional ktm console in India !!

@@mayankagarwal3957 yes, from my inner source of knowledge. KTM will sell the display of the recently launched TFT display for duke 250. Cause everything is the same, just the display is changed so wait for 3-4 weeks and it will be available for your bike 😊 as well.

Same for me, my 390 had a faulty TFT display KTM were hesitant to replace it but later they replaced it. In all these times, I got used to riding without looking at the speedo
