That was a cool, honest video. My bike is the one on the Moore Mafia Brock’s Cams video and it made 191 hp on pump gas that had been sitting in the tank 5 months. My 1000 made 184.5 hp on pump gas that had also been sitting in the tank 5 months. They both probably would have at least made a couple more horses with fresh gas. I stopped riding my sport bikes after I bought a ‘23 Road Glide Special in October ‘23 and a ‘24 CVO Road Glide ST in March of ‘24. My bike has a Brock’s CT exhaust that’s meant for a Gen 2, I used HTP Velocity Stacks, and I have World Wide Ceramic Wheel Bearings. The cams made a huge difference all around and my rev limiter doesn’t kick in now until around 11,800 and it puts like a rocket ship all the way to that point. I would highly recommend the Brock’s Cams to anyone with a Gen 3 or considering purchasing a Gen 3. A lot of people are disappointed with the Gen 3’s performance; well here’s the fix.

I tuned the GSXRs back in the day the hard way with carb jetting. If the customer George is willing to pay for it, you should do another dyno pull the next time he has 500 mile cams break in. Than shim the intake valves to exactly 0.05mm and exhaust valves to exactly .10mm. Run the busa on the dyno after exact valve adjustment should pick up an extra 2 to 5 HP. I would love to see a follow video to see if I'm correct. This is how I did all customer bikes, but I was fully stocked up on the shims and was all about extracting maximum power what while maintaining reliability.
