Regarding the West Coast Volcano Emergency: I was residing in Oregon during the West Coast Wildfires of 2020, and the Air Quality Index reached 600 and higher for weeks. I can barely fathom what would happen if volcanoes became active, other than total apocalypse; But that fear is real and a wonderful inclusion in this scenario!

In some ways yes. The data for this was drawn from IPCC projections for what the world could be like in 2050. Sadly, we are already seeing some of the temperature predictions now. This is the decade we have to electrify the planet to stave off the worst effects of climate change, and it just won’t happen.
