Wow - this is it. The search is over . IssaWelly is the best teacher I’ve found. I’ve been looking at tons of videos and I tried wall Pilates one day and felt rushed and confused, but knew I still wanted to do it. I stumbled on Issa doing another video and just knew she was the one to follow. Sure enough I searched her playlist and found this video- GOLD. I’m going to do this dos and don’t video like a practice for the rest of the week then I’ll jump into the other beginner videos. ❤❤. Mizz Issa - thank you.

Thank you Isa! Your classes are so instructive. I always learn something new with you even when I'm more an intermedium level. This is perfect for stretching before a workout or morning exercise routine. This should be incorporated with any Pilates workout. I'm ready. Thanks again for what you do. This is exactly what I needed this morning.

Thank you for your wonderful instructive videos! You have helped me get out of back pain & strengthen my core. I’m intermediate now, but I often have foot cramping? Any suggestions?

Hi Isa, thank you for all your wonderful routines, it is always a great joy to follow them! I wanted to ask for your opinion what could be done if I’ve got an injured knee (my doctor said it must be gonarthrosis). It does not hurt while I am doing Pilates but if I practice daily eventually it does, because of the pressure in all those knee positions. I don’t want though to exclude them completely from my routine. What do you think can be done with this?

Nice to be reminded of what is important. To me Pilates has always been HARD! Harder than weight lifting.
