We are excited to introduce this workout as part of our ‘Train With Trenic’ Series. This workout consists of 5 exercise combinations which are repeat over a 4minute period. Each combination consists of 2 excises detailed below;
COMBINATION 1
Full Squats
Squat pulses
COMBINATION 2
Walkouts
Pike press-ups
COMBINATION 3
Lunge into leg raise (R)
Lunge into leg raise (L)
COMBINATION 4
V Sit-ups
Scissor kicks
COMBINATION 5
Squat jumps (narrow to wide)
Mountain climbers
Both exercises is the combination are repeated 4 times with a 20:10 exercise to rest ratio. This is a high impact/high intensity workout so please remember to warm up fully before partaking in the session. Exercises can be easily adapted to accommodate injuries. Feel free to message us for exercise recommendations.
