that side move 😭😭😭 i felt that all in my outer hip so i definitely need to work on my core stability. other than that, LOVED THIS FLOW! i can definitelyyyy feel myself getting stronger! been subscribed and working out with you for about a year now & this is my second 10 day challenge. MY BODY IS IN THE BEST SHAPE ITS EVER BEEN IN! isa is the truth! 🫶🏿🧘🏿‍♀️💪🏿💕

wow Isa! my body has gotten so much stronger, i feel amazing. i’ve noticed that if i do pilates first thing in the morning, it gets me ready for the day😌 i get excited every morning to come to class.

I took a rest day yesterday because I got a massage and was feeling pretty tired, but I’m back at it today! This class was tough but it feels so good to move

I used to do your pilates mix with barre classes in high school, I dropped the ball but these classes are amazing for coming back to pilates! I also love the way your classes empower people, a lot of classes on KZbin tear down different bodies and frame their workouts as a punishment or something that we shouldn't like, but in these classes you make me feel good and excited to do the workout and also make me feel the burn 😁

6 c-sections later and I’m here strengthening my core. Is it challenging? Absolutely! But it is so rewarding to know I am taking charge. I love your beginner videos. They’re so informative.

Isa you're literally changing my life and my body. Thank you. The way you take us through every move is so spot on and makes alm the difference once you listen and apply it to the movement. I've never known or heard any iTunes expert talk about the rib cage flaring, but it makes all the difference. God bless you.

day 5 done ✅ i felt my core more this time yay! im finally getting it! however i could not do the open and close knee as my calves kept cramping up and i felt the pull more on my hips than my inner thigh. hopefully i figure it out tomorrow. 😄

I've started to see noticeable changes... I can hold the positions for much longer, and I've gained some definition back in my muscles. This challenge is amazing Isa thank you! 😊😍😍

Wow!!! I am really unfit at the moment, tyeing my shoes is hard for me🥲. I am currently on day five and doing so much better physically and mentally. On day 1 i had a really hard time holding the downward dog but today i was able to hold the bear crawl, i am so happy☺️ Thank you so much Isa!!! You are the only account that is doing real pilates that’s not just for looks and if you say beginner it really is beginner!!! Please keep what you’re doing❤️

Day 5! Isa, you are a brilliant teacher! Your progressions, your cueing is excellent. The pace is perfect for beginners, challenging but do-able challenges. I don’t typically like music in the background,( I like to put my own on) but wow, you’re one of the only classes where I luv the music.

day 6 done woohoo 🥳✅ it was much easier this time! Again im able to feel my core more during these exercises finally 😄 And i was finally able to do the knee opener, my calves didnt cramp up. However the pain in my hip dip was still very much there. Felt nothing in my inner thigh yet again unfortunately. But i felt it in my core which is still very much beneficial
