When i was doing the meditation this morning my cat must of thought i was dead because she kept crying "meow" and tapping me like wake up... lol been waiting for a weightloss series...thank u for this been my second day today im trying to keep of the sugar its so hard 😆

Started this series yesterday. Currently at 76.45 kgs after being inactive and unhealthy diet for almost 3 years. Goal is to reach 60 kgs whenever it happens! Day1 ✅ Day2 ✅ Day3 ✅ Throughout the 3 days janu sirsasana was especially hard since I couldn’t reach further than my shins and I couldn’t bend forward! (I’ll keep updating my progress on each video until day 21. Leaving this comment here to keep myself motivated and not stop like I’ve done several times in the past year)

Day 1 of week 1 done✅ Felt calm, relaxed and peaceful after the practice ! Day 2 done✅ - Feeling calm, positive, mind is much more calmer,struggling with lill bit of flexibility of doing janushirshashan ! Thank you Ma'am for the practice! Day 3 done✅- feeling lighter and calm although I was feeling alot of soreness in the body but after the practice it's gone! But one thing i couldn't make it today totally is the meditation part ,i connected it upto 10 to 11 mins only.

Day 1 - Today I started doing yoga after a very long (6 months) break. It was slightly challenging to do the poses which I was able to do before. I really hoping to gain my flexibility back and the mind set to do daily yoga again.

Day 1; felt more balance after the practice, arms and thighs sore; lost a bit of blood flow at the beginning but got it back after pausing and came back more prepared. I look forward to these 21 days and I'll do my best to follow all the rules 💪💪 Day 2: Done! I feel more calm. Lost blood flow in just one leg and got it back during the practice so I didn't have to pause😁 Love that I'm getting the hang of it 🥳 Day 3: Done! I feel more focused, calm and ready for the day 😁 Thank you so much for this practice 🤗🤗

Day 1: started after a long gap. It was good Day 2: showed up. Feeling that stretch on the back of the leg Day 3: i feel like coming back and doing this.Had a headache before i started feeling a bit better I would say. Ps: Day 4: in the next video as guided by her

A session starts with meditation and ends with Savasan. Brilliant start. The two most basic and most important steps of any yog sadhna. Unfortunately now a days ignored by most of the yogic teachers. But yogbela includes in itself video time. Amazing. One of the reason to join yog bela. I have started following this series in September 23.

Week 1: Part1 (Day 1) As a beginner yoga practitioner, I had a gap in yoga practice due to an injury. Started again with this beautiful course. My body is still flexible. Want to gain more flexibility. Easy to do yoga poses. Guided very beautifully. Week 1: Part1 (Day 2) Feeling more confident while doing the poses. Week 1: Part1 (Day 3) Feeling very nice while being consistent in this challenge. Quit Tea as well. Hope I can stick to it.

Today I started with these series, I had been here during lock down, but later had lost the touch, but today I pushed myself to do this series, at start I had a severe backache while sitting for meditation 🧘♂️, and wasn't able to do at a stretch, but by the time this session ended, I was quite flexible, right now also, sitting in Sukhasana and typing this comment😄 Preeti you are just amazing, God Bless You !! 🙌

Day 1 - sore arms and legs back feels stretched well Mind is calmer Thank you ❤️ Day 2 - woke up sore but went ahead and was struggling with flexibility The ending is always calming ...🙂 Day 3 - can't believe i did it ... I was less sore today ... Did the practise in evening and was far less clumsy and outa breathe... My body actually felt relaxed during shavasana ...❤️

Starting this series again. I felt at the starting when i sat in sukhasana my body was tight. But after doing the practice in Day 1, after sitting in sukhasana again i felt body more flexible and relaxed! Feels so good.. right side body tightness has reduced.

Day 1 done - I feel good about myself. My mind is super calm. I'll try my hardest to follow all the rules and update my progress at the end of each day. Edit 1: Day 2 done - I felt a bit more flexible with some asanas than I did yesterday. Except for the fact that I ate a cookie yesterday, I'm all set otherwise! Edit 2: Day 3 Done - I love how your breath calms down after the practice. I feel at ease with the asanas because I've been practicing yoga everyday since the past week and a half. I'm proud of myself for having been following all the rules!!

That was mind refresher. I injured my elbow so i refrained from doing yoga for 1 year. That's why i lost some flexibility(I'm not flexible but i did yoga regularly). I had to start from scratch, this sequence was almost moderate for me. Not too easy, not too tough. I kinda skipped the downward facing dog because of my elbow, rest all i did. Maintaining the posture was a bit challenging, i was literally shaking but i managed to finish this

I practice yoga occasionally. This time I started after a long gap. Day 1:I was able to follow along for most part. Could feel the stretches little difficult. Day 2: could enjoy the feeling of the day. Feeling relaxed after the session.

Day 1. Honestly it was so hard for me to do the meditation. It was very very helpful though but i got this urge to open my eyes so many times😂, but i kept going. I have been following your practice for 5 days now and was doing the PCOD practice. Today i did this. It was amazing❤

Day 1: Done. Felt a little stiff during asanas but in the end feeling relaxed. Day 2: Done Feeling very flexible today. Was able to touch my toes during Jaanusheershaasana. Feeling calm. Day 3: Done Forgot to update yesterday. Felt a little stiff while doing Janusheershasana but was able to touch my toes today also.
