Day 10- it was intense! Loved it ,,feel pumped up 👍 Day 11- was able to hook hand tdy in the spinal stretch, the planks, bringing leg to chest, was able to do, but body was shivering alot. Yesterday it wasnt shivering so much. Unable to wrap ankle around in calf... post session as usual feel great. Day 12- today morning my body was really tired. i overslept , and did the yoga a bit late. I was able to do it much more easily. Post yoga mind is fresh but body a bit tired Thank you. Day 12 done.

Day 11 done: The last exercise was intense, but I didn't give up!! Day 12 done: The last exercise was still intense, but I felt like I held the position better than yesterday!

Part 2 Day 1 completed ma'am. My body is getting more flexible day by day. It feels really good after doing these asanas,it warms up my body and also it is strengthening me from the core.🌻

Week2 Part2 - Day3 ✅ finally completed week2 without giving up… It was intense but by doing the same practice for 3 consecutive days helped a lot to get in a right posture and made my body more flexible day by day in the same practice 😊…

Day 11 Done.. Todays session was very much intresting.. Because back to back assanas.. Bahut maza aaya.. Idhar north India me thand bahut hai but aaj ka session karke body ekdam warm ho gayi☺️

Week 2, Part 2: Done ✔️ it was very intense and I was out of breath through most of the practice. I feel stronger 💪 Thank you Ma'am 🤗 Week 2, Day 5: Done✔️ Very intense session! My abdominal area is pulsing. And I wasn't as out of breath as I was yesterday. Feeling stronger 💪💪 Thank you Ma'am 🤗 Week 2, Day 6: Done✔️ I am getting more flexible and stronger with each practice... I got most of the poses right today! Week 2 Part 1 Day 1: Done Felt difficulty during the last exercise Day 2: Done I could do better than yesterday. Day 3: Done I could complete the whole video without feeling exhausted Thank you Ma'am for the practice

Week-2 part-2 Day-1 ✅it was really amazing session;took 2days off due to bad health. Day-2✅ today I went more deeper in the practice ;each body part is feeling relaxed. Day-3✅even more flexible today❤ ( week- 2 completed ✔️)

Week 2 - Day 4: Phewwww it’s getting intense😮. To my surprise I was able to tuck my opposite elbow to my opposite knee in one of the posture and it was never the case before. Flexibility and stretching is opening up for me. Am charged today and so proud of following consistently.

Day 11: loved the practice! Thank you Preeti ma'am for creating such a wonderful series for us. someone clearly prayed (was able to eat healthy and stay consistent)! such a peaceful one ❤ Day 12: more than halfway through!! seated twists were quite intense but in a good way. day 2 of this sequence is even better once you know what you're going to be doing. Thank you ❤ Day 13: such a soulful sequence, especially when you're blessed to practice in morning. loved it, lived it! Week 2 part 2 Day 1 done In basic sitted twist i fl like kapade ki tarah pura spine twist ho raha he fl so good and happy while doing twist in asana. Week 2 part 2 day 2 done Fl so strong n flexible day by day my stamina, flexibility, stability increase thank u priti for nice series. Week 2 part 2 day 3 done Fl so strong.
