I know this is a bit of a cheat, but I hate how tight the timed missions are so I always play with the timer tweak mod to give myself two extra turns on any timed mission.

Yeah I reckon an extra few turns is about right if you find it really annoying!

I like the mods, but checking which one is giving problems is a pain. Almost 800 mods and the best I can think to do is try to open the game after clicking each and every one.
