I had noted down Tim's 21 lessons hope it helps : ) 1. Be yourself and be authentic 0:25 2. Invest in yourself 1:28 3. Learn to handle your money 1:55 4. Building and maintaining friendships 2:35 5. Have a side hustle 2:50 6. Travel 3:15 7. Right environment and surrounding 4:36 8. Study yourself 5:18 9. The habits you keep 5:58 10. Compounding 7:20 11. Don't compare yourself with others 7:37 12. Have a game plan 8:47 13. Focus on what you can control 9:47 14. Use tough times to grow (learn from your mistakes) 11:00 15. Don't have a crab mentality 11:55 16. Use your momentum 12:47 17. Say yes more 13:29 18. Take advice to heart 14:29 19. Try to find a balance logic and emotions 15:03 20. Take care of your health 15:54 21. Choose your battle 16:20 The parts where I agree the most is #9 and #10, based on my own experience we really can't change ourselves in 1 day, but the future of us (relationship, friendship, career, financial situation, etc) is made by the current day-to-day life, the small progress we keep on doing everyday will eventually result in a great leap/change to our own : ) Also it's a little bit pity to know Tim you almost went to Trinity College Dublin haha, that's a really nice campus and I am in the Dublin city too 😄

Hmm to be honest height is hugely dependent on your genetics (which I know you might not want to hear), I just don’t want you to buy some “get taller here pill”. I think the best you can do is have good nutrition and do exercise 😌
