Pro tip lol. Put a rag or paper towel over the holes above the oil pump, and below the clutch basket. The holes are about 3/4” wide. I dropped a bolt from the clutch plate in the hole above oil pump. Not easy to get out. Trust me.

Doing the clutch plates today and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the nut off... it's spinning the rear tire unless I throw it in neutral... think I screwed up a step. Any advice is greatly appreciated 😅

Hold the rear brake?🤷‍♂️ I always use an impact, but you can also use a screw driver or "gear jammer" on the outer ring gear to keep it from moving. You'll need to do that when tightening down also.

Yes, and it makes it easier to work on, for me anyhow. Not fighting gravity that way.

The Yuminashi is a 50% high flow pump. It's not needed unless you've got heat or volume adders like big bore, oil cooler, etc... I just used it in my stock engine because the line has a small kink and I can't sell it like that, but I'll use it in my junk😜

22+ is still backed up on info. I looked up the koso pump and it says 20% more flow, but they’re known to inflate their specs. Kitaco just says “more flow”. On the hotter running 22+ I’m not looking for a wheelie pump, but most dependable flow to keep my 149 and 5 row cooler full and flowing. I like to pretend I’m on a motoGP course more than a stunt rider. What’s your recommendation for highest dependable flow on the 22+? You have a beard, so I trust you. Because I’m old lol.

Yeah, I closed for two weeks to attend some major Small Bore events down South and in the meantime got cleaned out. I'm restocking now. Posted that I hoped to be back in stock by end of June and am still shooting for that.... '22+ pumps on back order from Honda with no ETA too, so that doesn't help anyone🤣 The website is updated as I get new info on availability. Join a FaceBook Grom group in your area, they'll be able to help with install or know the local scene better.
