WARM UP ROUTINE BEFORE WORKOUT | Quick and Effective | Rowan Row
Hey guys, I have put together this quick and effective warm up routine exercises that you can perform every time before you start working out. Those dynamic stretches are specially chosen to warm up your body from head to toe and to avoid any sort of injuries before you get yourself into your training session. Really focus on the dynamic movement and let your body flow.

Exercises:
1. Neck circles
2. Shoulder rotation
3. Arm circles
4. Arm circles opposite directions
5. Elbow circles
6. Wrist rotations
7. Hip rotation
8. Body circles
9. Inner tie and oblique
10. Lower back and hammer strings
11. Lounge tap
12. Side static luge
13. Front static lunge
14. Squat cross arms
15. Standing crunch
16. Butterflyes
17. Jumping jacks
There is no break in between the exercises.

Man, im 32 and in the worst shape of my life. I've been doing your exercises every day for the past month + eating well and I already feel different. More confident and more energetic. Me too! I’m 61 and did this for the first time. Now for my resistance training. My body aches and creaks most of the time- I put it down to being female with no hormones left and ageing connective tissue but I keep going to stay in a good shape. Thank you.

I struggled with finding a full warm up routine for a while now as many videos are all about 5 min hip and leg stretches and I really wanted to do a proper full body stretch before I start on my workout routine. This material is perfect for that! I am ready to train even more now and I am not afraid of the injuries I have been tackling in the past. Thank you Rowan!

After trying this, it made me realize that all those years without doing any exercises took a toll on me. This warm up became the workout for me and my bones are cracking, lmao. Hopefully, slowly and surely I can turn this into an actual warm up for me.

I do this routine before every single workout! It's like a combination of track and field stretches combined with what a lot of kickboxing classes do to warm up.

The greatest thing about this exercise is that it is pretty well ordered.. Start from neck.. then shoulders.. then hand.. belly.. so on. I add meditation for 15 min before starting it.. and It becomes a complete package.

Rowan, thank you for these routines. I'm 57yo, 76kg, and w/o any pre-existing health issue (I hope). Being a beginner, I will stick with these very manageable routines for maybe a month before I try anything more strenuous.

I really like this warmup. I’ve been using it as a entry level, short workout though in an somewhat abbreviated version. The low intensity made it possible for me to then do it every day, which really helped to build a routine. I’ve been doing this for more then one year now and my flexibility has increased a lot in all of these stretches, which made me very happy. Now since a view months ago, i also use it in its intended way as a warmup for a somewhat mire advanced workout, which i now also try to do regularly. The familiarity with the warmup thereby made it a lot easier, to attach a workout to it, because I didn’t need to build a habit, but only extend an existing one. Doing these movements for so long, made me learn to like them and now I really enjoy going trough it. I also use it for relaxation and when I feel like I would like some movement after sitting a lot. So, really thanks for making the video Rowan!

my health has never been worse at 35 i dont even have the health capacity for 1/10th of that, since the last 3 years i have been afflicted with chronic fatigue, but its still nice to see young healthy people thriving

My teakwondo warm-up time is 8:30... After a week, I can notice a difference in my flexibility, and my muscles and joints feel so much better! Anyone who claims that 40 is too old is just not trying! I've shed almost 40 pounds since turning 40 and feel fantastic. thanks for posting this video -- great content!

My brain literally won't let me do opposite arm circles lol. I lock up in confusion every time haha Edit: Eventually you will get it. Make sure to start slow and work your speed up as time goes on. It also helps if you hold your arms out and rotate them one at a time in opposite directions until you’re ready to try the exercise for real

What worked for me was reaching both arms up and then start slowly circling in opposite direction. When it gets out of hands and brain gets confused, I reach up and start again.

Thanks dude, your warmup is really perfect for me, it's neither top easy nor too hard on me, works perfectly to help me avoid injuries. So far I have come down to 83.5 from 86.5 kg after a month edit: now I'm at 82Kg

First mistake is comparing yourself to others. Focus on yourself otherwise you will get frustrated and quit. Also motivation is crap, its temporary. If you are driven and disciplined you will succeed
