Terron, Amazing video. You did an excellent job. There's a lot of stupid shit from a lot of no bodies in the comment section. It's despicable, but you Really inspire me. I know I'm very strong inside and seeing you do what you do is a blessing for me. I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have a strong body to train everyday. I'd probably lose my mind. Thank you and I hope the best for you wherever you go. Stay you! Great work!
@SwoleTown3 жыл бұрын
Doesn’t look like you’re hitting parallel on any of those reps. If I’m wrong, my bad, the clips are moving fast but look more quarter squats. Better test would be to just see how many reps you can get at 225 in one set, but that’s just my opinion.

Lots of respect man, I would love to see you do a workout that I've been doing, just to see how you go about it. Probably won't do it but it's 250 reps of pullups, pushups, dips, and decline situps in as little time as possible. I know it's not really your style but if you do it that's awesome; if not, still lot's of respect and keep motivating!

Serious question , I do ass to the Ground squat , literally my ass is almost to the ground , but used to do 90 degree squats , but supposedly people tell me to go ass to ground , my friend told me that it's terrible for your knees , especially cause I'm 16 . So what should I do ? Ass to Ground squat or box squat ???
@champking208 жыл бұрын
AceFlores box squats, you never go that low when you are doing any type of athletic movement ass to ground is not good imo
@mattheffernan48548 жыл бұрын
AceFlores ATG squats are only needed if you are competing in powerlifting or Olympic lifting. not bad for the knees just requires more mobility ankles, hips,hamstrings,mid/low back
@dwill18048 жыл бұрын
AceFlores 90 degeee or higher squats actually put the most stress on your knee ligaments
@mad_mockups8 жыл бұрын
AceFlores just go with what you find is more affective. ATG squads are good if you can do them correctly wothout pain. The reason why most poeple don't do them is because they are afraid and think it will fuck up their knees, but only if you have mobility issues or knee issues. Not if you do them correctly without pain

You get faster by working on your speed. There's no magical weight/rep ratio. Use bands, chains, deficit deadlifts, knee pulls, etc and make a conscious effort to be as explosive as possible.
@aquaticsplashes8 жыл бұрын
I hear different things from different people on what works, some say big weight just builds slow twitch and slows you down others say it builds fast twitch muscle and power., some say high reps just builds slow twitch and endurance and slows you down and others say it builds fast twitch muscle.
