Have you tried to connect with God? you're not going to get peace and joy on anyone other than the Father. I know people who were non believers and changed their life completely. Look at Jordan Peterson, He never thought one day he believed in the Father and now his reading the bible and accepted Jesus Christ. Lana, you cant depend on your strength and self. That's why the Father is here so we can depend on him, to talk to him, build a communion, and He slowly start working in our gaps that weren't fulfilled. Would it hurt you to try it? try a Christian church near you Lana, but look at their actions and how they preach the word of God, and if you see strange things in their actions, Run. and keep searching for a Real Christian church.

Hey Lana! I'm Lola, 18 years old and from a Spanish island. I just wanted to let you know that you're the most alike person to me that I have ever known. It feels great to see someone else caring about those same things that I do and think every day that makes people like us feel happier. It's pleasing to feel understood, as no one else seems to be at that level of life. You make me feel less alone in this kind of lifestyle. So thank you a lot.

I'm turning 23 this week so I'm taking this video as a birthday gift :') and the one thing I would add to this list is allow yourself to be clueless, sometimes we spend so much time trying to "get ready" to do certain things we really want to do making sure we know exactly how it will go through all of it and unknowingly make ourselves feel inadequate to enjoy or live certain experiences or reach towards certain opportunities because we don't know enough or we feel we are not quite ready yet despite knowing how much we want it, we can't figure out life before we live it so it's a good practice to allow ourselves to be clueless and to explore things as they happen and as they feel right and exciting even when we are not really sure how it'll go or where it'll end, discovering rather than figuring things out

Lana I am a 15 year old teenager suffering from family problems, your videos are motivating and calming, watching you makes me feel I am surrounded by "Peace nature". Your aesthetic is my aesthetic and I am very happy that you taught me an important lesson "whatever comes, comes and whatever goes, goes". "High or lows, just enjoy the seesaw".
@Lockit0_02 жыл бұрын
Idk why but for some reason I have seen I lot of people go through stuff specially mental problems at 15 like I was always a happy person before and barely anything could make me upset . It's weird to say but I kinda look up to my younger self more than anyone who was way stronger knew how to lead a life but yea the reason I am telling you this is to let you know that your not alone And stay strong no matter what💖 - from a fellow 15 year old

That's basically what I was going to comment except it didn't sound as cohesive haha. From a fellow 15 year old who has family problems, and enjoys this type of calming stuff, just know that this stuff will end. As soon as we turn 18 we can legally leave the physical issue, and for me I'm hoping to be able to fix all the mental problems I've gotten. I wish you the best, and much love!

As a 61-year-old teenager, I have found it useful to watch and hear the video essays you've produced. What a nice surprise to find a true thinker so early in their life's adventure. And with all due respect, m'lady, you are even more lovely in this presentation than ever. I look forward to all of your future thoughts. As per an earlier vid, I also began journaling at age 16, and have ever since. The comparison of real-time interpretations of events and tragedies and now after some growth is so helpful when the same arises today.

What advice would you give to younger people?
@blogwiser2 жыл бұрын
@@Candycloud_19 I have none to offer I'm afraid, beyond receiving all advisements and compliments with a critical ear and a sharp eye. I would make this observation however as an argument for hope. It may sound meaningless now, but I have noticed something really curious about the road trip from your age to now. You never actually cross a dividing line indicating your status change from young to old. Life really is good. Stuff will happen. I lost a lower leg to a staph infection at 46. Gave me a lot more time to read all the books and content which I never before seemed to have. Traded a slight loss in agileness for a huge rise in arrogance. Fair enough, I say. Peace.
@blogwiser2 жыл бұрын
@@jordansarea.4624 Dude, journaling is essential in a digital realm that never forgets. The more supporting data that you can access years later when questions arise about a situation you've long since forgotten is the best and least costly defense. I document my world as much as possible, usually every day. I am finding that I can now have a virtual dialogue with the then me that presented his reasoning for a choice or response which later proved Ill-advised. Now it's just fun. Peace.

Same here with tiktok! The sunk cost fallacy was something I needed to hear. I’ve been studying full time while working full time and I just don’t have the passion or energy to continue my degree and it’s making me feel awful. It’s nice hearing that although I can continue trying it’s also normal to decide something just isn’t for me.

Loved the advice/list and agree with all but one. "Do not buy a microwave/do not take shortcuts", I have ADHD and eating healthy/cleaning the house are the two most difficult things in my life, no doubt about it. Yes, it might make you lazy but for some people, lazy is the only way certain things get done. This year I worked hard to allow myself to take this shortcuts guilt free and I saw progress only after I allowed myself this, in this case, my advice would be the exact opposite of what Lana just said. So if you're reading this and also have ADHD/struggles with certain things, please feel free to take shortcuts in things that are impossibly hard for you. (and only when taking shortcuts is legal, please don't buy your college degree ^^) Loved the video Lana, just had to write this here :)

Amazing video! I think I would like to add 'Exercise regularly'. It's so important to stay healthy physically too and although it may be a tough habit to form, once you get through that initial stage, it becomes a comfort zone. Just like a place you can go back to when you need comfort. The small satisfaction that comes with completing a workout or even some small work that leaves me sweating, is enough to clear my mind of all the worry and think fresh.

I honestly can’t believe I found a person (even if it’s on the internet) whose thoughts are so similar to mine and they all happen at the same time, too. all of the things you mentioned have resonated with me but the thing about shooting your shot have resonated the most. I’ve done it a couple of times in life before but almost none of them really worked out (probably because I didn’t do it enough) but recently some things happened in my life and I realized the exact same things you said in this video about rejection not being that big of a deal. as of right now, the thing i’m much more scared of is not shooting my shot at all. a few days ago I emailed a few different places about applying for bachelor’s degree as an international student (including sweden which is literally my dream destination) while already being a student in my country, so like… i don’t really need it but I’ve wanted to study abroad my whole life and I’ve been looking back and forth at what the options are but I never actually applied, so I decided to start small and to at least send a few emails. I’m convinced that most of the times communication is key and you can’t expect to find all of the options there are just by reading the website, so yeah, you gotta at least try anyway, so so so much love to you Lana (and Fred!!!)💘

Love the ideas, I suppose the fundamental behind all that boils down to this saying, "either you create around life or life creates around you" when you take conscious effort, be it big or small, you're creating the life simply out of ideas in your mind, when you don't, life simply throws stuffs at you that you don't understand why. imagine life as a simulation or illusion, everything starts from the idea you conceive in the mind.

#3 YES, this is an overthinker one.. some things are worth to abandon, but commitment is very important, i've known people that always leave things half-way done and they are hung up on not accomplishing anything. overall i think people have to do whatever that make them happy, but if a commitment involves third-party people, then they should honor their word and get things done.. unless, of course, you can't hold it anymore
