you are closer, but my dad and mom were born in poland it is actaully pronounced P (won) ch key but you don't quite pronounce the ''n" excatly almost an n but not qute, but that i the closest to it as you can get

well if they are legit Paczkis, they are not donuts. a real one is made of Lard, and other things. you can tell legit ones by feeling the weight. they are more dense then a regular donut
