Gorgeous! I’m from Chicago and I Absolutely Love a good ‘Pepper an’ Aig’ sandwich! I’ve lived in many other states and now live in ca. For the life of me, I cannot understand why I Talian Beefs had not made it to other states… thus, forcing me to learn how to make a beef or pepper an egg sandwich for myself and friends! The biggest problem has been the bread! No Turano, no Gonnella! I love that you are on KZbin showing others how to enjoy this special treat from my Sweet Home! Ciao Bello!

OMG so good! I never knew the part about blooming the yeast in the milk

I always bloom my yeast when using it. It helps activate it and promotes better rising.
